National Janitorial Solutions (NJS) is a premier janitorial services provider with over 35 years of experience, serving clients across the US. With operations spanning 50 states and 18,000 locations, NJS delivers cleaning services across 10+ industries, including healthcare, retail, and education.

The Problem

With over 50,000 work orders processed daily, NJS faced a significant operational challenge in managing and categorizing a vast number of documents.

The manual process of extracting key data—such as PO numbers, vendor names, and invoice numbers—was time-intensive, leading to inefficiencies and high labor costs. Additionally, the existing system required excessive manual intervention, increasing the risk of errors and delays.

NJS needed a scalable AI-powered solution to streamline document classification, automate data extraction, and reduce processing time while ensuring accuracy.

Extracted text was processed using GPT-3.5 Turbo, ensuring high-accuracy data extraction based on predefined patterns, priced at $1.50 per 1M tokens.
